an open book - Meaning: a person that is easy to understand or know what they are feeling. - Example: When it comes to expressing her feelings, Tanya is an open book.

confidence n. 信心;信任 At my last job, I didn't have a lot of confidence in my abilities. I was scared of making a mistake!
