ambush	to suddenly attack someone after hiding and waiting for them	For her surprise party, we hid and ambushed her when she came into the room.
come across as	给人的印象是……；看上去好像是……	At my friend's birthday party, I didn't say happy birthday to him in front of his friends. I think I came across as a bit rude to them!
to be considered	要考虑；这个问题值得考虑；正在考虑	Some birthday traditions might be considered rude in other cultures.
sprinkles	very small pieces of coloured sugar or chocolate used as a decoration on the top of cakes, etc.	I like eating cupcakes with colourful sprinkles on them.
